Sonnedix closed long term non recourse project financing for a Solar PV Plant in Spain

Sonnedix announced that on May 18th, 2011 one of its subsidiaries reached financial close on a long-term non-recourse debt facility provided by Triodos Bank Spain for a 1.35MW solar PV project built in Spain.

The project, which was commissioned in March 2011 and is located in Langa de Duero (Soria), was built by Assyce Fotovoltaica, S.L.

Andreas Mustad, CEO of Sonnedix said ” We are pleased to reach financial close on our second Solar PV project in Spain, consolidating our relationship with Triodos Bank “.
