Sonnedix closed long term non recourse project financing for a BIPV power Plant in France

Sonnedix announced that on June 6th, 2011 one of its subsidiaries reached financial close on a long-term non-recourse debt facility provided by Oseo and Credit Cooperatif banks for a 930KW building-integrated solar PV project built in France.

The project, which started construction in January 2011 will be commissioned this summer and is located in Blanquefort industrial estate (Gironde, Bordeaux). It is built under an turnkey EPC contract by Assyce Fotovoltaica, S.L.

Franck Constant, Director of Sonnedix said ” We are pleased to reach financial close on our third Solar PV project in France , consolidating our relationship with Oseo and Credit Cooperatif.
